Any listed price on this website is for three days. We have no hidden fees and we do not charge additional fees for the days we are not open. We typically deliver the day before, giving you extra time to make sure you're ready for your event!

Three Day Rentals
We are required to deliver and install the event tents. We charge a delivery fee, which depends on time of year and distance from our location. All tents must be anchored down. Either with stakes (included in price) or heavy weights.

A lot of time and planning goes into each canopy delivery. If you cancel within two weeks of the scheduled delivery date we may charge up to half of the canopy cost. We do not charge anything if the canopy is cancelled before then.

Sidewalls
We always install the sidewall. However if you decide day of that you would like to open a doorway, you certainly can as long as you do not remove ropes that anchor the tent to the stakes/weights.

Canopy String Lights
String lights run the perimeter of the event canopy. You do not have to run lights all the way around the canopy, however if light plugs are not chained together, multiple extension cords will be needed.
Light Strings 30' Lengths
These LED bulbs do an excellent job of lighting tents up at night. Pictured above is lights in the middle of the day, during the summer.
Popup tent rentals
8x8 "Light Duty" Popup
Small compact frame. Easy to transport and setup. Can stand up to light rain, but usually used to designate a booth or cover from the sun.
10x10 "Heavy Duty" Popup
Considerably heavier and can stand up to quite a bit of rain.
